This web site is operated by My Little French Boutique and our Terms & Conditions governs your use of it. We have the right to update and change the terms and conditions at any time, so suggest you check the terms and conditions with every order.
1. Terms of Use.
Accessing and purchasing from My Little French Boutique web site located at www.mylittlefrenchboutique.com indicates that you have read and acknowledge our Terms & Conditions, shipping and delivery, Returns and Refunds policy.
Returns and Refund Policy:
We understand that at times you may change your mind when purchasing a product. My Little French Boutique is very happy to offer you a store credit on your purchases you wish to return (Postage costs will not be included in this credit) provided:
Once an order has been paid for, we apologise that refunds cannot be provided, so please choose carefully.
Payments:
Shipping and Shipping Charges:
The shipping fee is the fee charged by Australia Post.
No handling fee will be included to your purchase.
Your postage fee will either be calculated at check out, or if postage fee isn’t available at the time of order, emailed to you on your final invoice. If this is the situation you have the choice not to go ahead with the order if the postage fee is not acceptable.
My Little French Boutique ships Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and usually between 24hrs -3 days of your payment being received & cleared. If by some chance there is a delay in sending your parcel we will contact you. Once payment has been received in full, you should expect to receive items in stock generally within 2 -7 days.
If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, dispatch may take up to 4 weeks however we do aim to have your items delivered to you as fast as possible. We will advise you if you should expect a delay and give you the option to cancel the order.
Insurance option:
My Little French Boutique takes extreme care when packaging your valuable items; however we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transport.

If you do choose postal insurance, you must thoroughly check your delivery for damage caused in transit before signing for it, otherwise if the item is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided. My Little French Boutique will not be held liable for any damage or discrepancies after the package has been accepted on delivery. Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be advised immediately upon receipt of item by email sallie@tamblynmodelling.com.au
